Information and purposes
Enquiries include your name, contact details and message. Booking requests include contact details, requested hire details, pickup and destination, and driver verification details. Account information is used to authenticate you and display your own bookings. Driver documents are stored privately for review before vehicle release.
Service providers
The website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for accounts and data storage, Resend for service emails, and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. reCAPTCHA assesses interactions and device information. Service providers may process information outside the UK subject to their applicable contractual safeguards.
Why we process information
We use booking and enquiry information to take steps at your request before a hire agreement, and to administer that agreement. Security processing helps protect the website against abuse. We do not request payment card details on this website.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only for the hire, verification, record-keeping and dispute-handling purposes for which it is needed. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your record, or to request access, correction or deletion. Requests may be subject to applicable legal record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can contact us by phone instead of using the forms. You can raise a data protection concern with us or with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
